Roan Kattouw <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #4 from Roan Kattouw <[email protected]> 2009-05-20 14:55:29 UTC --- (In reply to comment #3) > (In reply to comment #2) > > 'Well, what does the "No preference" style date look like?' the user > > says, banging his head against the wall. > It may be the next choice shown, some other choice shown, or none of the > below. > So please reveal what it looks like here, even if on the previous page. > AFAIK, setting no date preferences leaves the date formatting in the article unchanged. Suppose you're viewing an article with the following text: [[January 15]], [[2001]] is Wikipedia day, as is [[15 January]] [[2001]]. With your date preference set to "No preference", this'll show as-is, with the date preference set to the one below that it'll show as: January 15, 2001 is Wikipedia day, as is January 15, 2001. i.e. all linked dates are autoformatted according to your preference. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
