The menu prints 3 schemes subset:

(i) the recent selected schemes
(ii) the schemes corresponding to the wiki language (e.g. as, as-avro,
as-bornona and as-inscript for as.)
(iii) all the other

They're sorted according English scheme name but according the code (so by
language, and then by method in this language).

If you add ?uselang=en to an URL, you'll see "Sanskrit Transliteration" comes
before "Sanskrit InScript".

I think it's more coherent to offer a consistent entry method type for each
language (e.g. first avro, then InScript, then transliteration) than to sort
the menu by alphabetical order.

Another possibility would also to keep the language order, but in each
language, sort by name). This won't warranty consistency, as some translations
are buggy. In French for example, we've "Traduction en assamais" but
"Translittération kannada" to translate Transliteration. But that issue could
be fixed by translators.
