Using UploadWizard to send several files, the contributor has to wait the end
of the upload process to be able to categorize or describe pictures.
It could be interesting to use the long upload time (as Commons emphases on
high resolution pictures) to get this information, and so provide a smoother
experience.
Design note: An issue is we don't know at this stage if the user wish to apply
the same categories and description for each image or wish to personalize it.
