Empty link in footer section of web pages
A empty link is present in the footer section of all pages next to Creative
Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License link that is unrecognised with assistive
technology tools such as JAWS and NVDA and hinders the flow of readability. The
section of html that causes the problem is
