If you wish to give us an hand to translate into Farsi, you can directly do that at http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Main_Page. This wiki will allow to translate the Collection extension, but also several MediaWiki and Wikimedia-related pieces of software, and even other open source softwares. You can use this bug report to share your experience, and I will be glad to assist you in the process if you've some questions or difficulties.
