Once a post is flagged as abuse, the link reflects the state of the post
("flagged as abuse"). To clarify the action that is performed on clicking, a
tooltip indicating the action could be shown when the cursor is over the link.
This may be solved by adding the "title" attribute to the link element with
the "Remove flag" text.
