It might be interesting to have a Special Page listing the empty pages in the
wiki.
By empty pages, I mean pages that are linked to in articles but that doesn't
exist.
I'm currently creating a knowledge-base wiki, and it seems to me that knowing
which articles are missing in the base so it can be completed easily.
I've been looking for this feature in wikimedia manual and bugzilla and
couldn't find anything about this feature.
