The app and the mobile site both use the MobileFrontend Special:MobileFeedback
page. The emails received from these pages do not make it clear what the
feedback relates to. It would be useful for the mobile site and mobile app to
provide additional data via query string
e.g. ?feedbacksource=Wikipedia Mobile App Version 1.0
