Risker reported issues with the Suppression Log for oversighters.
It appears that some oversight-related activities are not formatted correctly
and are showing up as confusing messages such as these:

What should be shown instead is this:
<date> <user name> (<talk> | <contribs>) un-requested oversight for <'feedback
post' # ID> on <article name> <i>(<note>)</i>
<date> <user name> (<talk> | <contribs>) declined oversight for <'feedback
post' # ID> on <article name> <i>(<note>)</i>
<date> <user name> (<talk> | <contribs>) oversighted <'feedback post' # ID> on
<article name> <i>(<note>)</i>
<date> <user name> (<talk> | <contribs>) un-oversighted <'feedback post' # ID>
on <article name> <i>(<note>)</i>
