In overlay mode, after selecting a Yes/No option, the form container is not
resized, rendering the submit button and part of the text area invisible (can
be scrolled to, though).
Behavior of the form should be similar to the non-overlay mode.
This is on FireFox, Chrome and Safari on Mac.
