There's always chances that you'll be discussing something in a different
channel than it's logged in. I think site config changes make more sense in
-operations and the discussions are more likely to be going there than in
#mediawiki.

The next to last channels doesn't exist, it's #mediawiki-codereview. The last
channel doesn't seem to exist at all?
