/trunk/tools/planet form subversion to git +++
In bug #37929 comment #1, Chad indicates he would like to change the Planet
software, to have an administrative interface:
> (...) Really we should find some [most functional] planet software that lets
> us add new blogs without requiring config changes.
In bug #37929 comment #3, I indicated we could keep the software and add a
control panel or a script to regenerate the config:
> It only requires to add a component to edit the config file.

The present bug has two goals:
(i) discuss the merits of new software/add config panel/add config script
(ii) implement the chosen solution
