There is an eminently and patently useful extension called "Drafts" that was
written a few years ago: <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Drafts>.
This project kind of stagnated and/or died, I believe. I'd like to see it
revived. This bug is about doing whatever is necessary to have this extension
deployed to Wikimedia wikis.
