In "My Watchlist", actual file size, with + or -, is reported, instead of
change size, when more than 1 zero-length edits are performed. Example:
(diff | hist) . . Saturday Night Live; 05:09 . . (+100,797) . .

Expected result: (0)
Actual result: (+100,797) - this value persists across page reloads. 100,797
was the article size at the time of the edit, not the size of the change. The
four recent edits were of size 0, 0, -3, -75:

Suggestion: either show (100,797) without plus or minus to indicate actual
size, or display (0), since the article size did not change.
