There has been a lack of discussion and a seeming lack of interest to pursue this; however, I do still think this is worth a continuance at the very least. Resolution cannot really come about until and unless an expert, a developer, would please explain why this is such a profoundly big deal. The usage of "restricted image" on associated pages has held up for quite a while, so that term appears to have merit. If this name change truly would take up far too much time to implement, and there is no developer willing or able to put in that time and effort, then by all means let's forget about it.
