Could user preferences for en.wiki be modified to add a preference for changing
the way unwatched changes are displayed? Wikipedia:Requests for
comment/Watchlist survey established that unwatched changes highlighting should
be off by default, but that a preference should be available to add it. I would
suggest adding options for bolding and an underscore, as those had the most
support, with a link to Wikipedia:Customizing watchlists for further
modifications.
