Native language names were changed some time ago, so some of those languages
were uncapitalized (like 'русский', ru), and 'Беларуская (тарашкевіца)',
be-tarask, was not changed. Than everything was rolled back (so 'русский'
became 'Русский'), and by unknown means 'Беларуская (тарашкевіца)' became
'беларуская (тарашкевіца)'.
People don't like it and want capitalized version back, please!
