I'm not sure why you can't translate strawberries. It has an article in
ml.wiki, and there's even a featured picture of a strawberry on ml.wiki:

FWIW, the food in WikiLove is all internationally popular food, and it's from
all different parts of the world. Bubble tea is from Asia. Stroopwaffles are
from the Netherlands. Baklava is from the Middle East. Surly people in India
sometimes eat foreign food or travel to other countries, right? Anyway, like I
said, it's easy to add new food items, so just let me know if you have any
ideas!
