In the UPGRADE file, there is a line that says "In MediaWiki 1.14 some
extensions are migrated into the core.". This should be "were", not "are",
because 1.14 was released a looooong time ago.
(This is a demo bug for the bug lifecycle tutorial at Wikimania)
