PHP Notice: Constant SMW_SQL2_SMWIW_OUTDATED already defined in
/SemanticMediaWiki/includes/storage/compatSQLStore/SMW_SQLStore2.php on line 14
as well as for SMW_SQL2_SMWREDIIW, and 4 other similar variables all defined
at the same location
This occurs because these constants are redefined in Store3, should we rename
the constants in Store3 to SMW_SQL3_SMWIW_OUTDATED ??
