sync-common is run by puppet before starting Apache to ensure we have a fresh
copy of MediaWiki. It ends up calling scap-1 then scap-2 script which has an
hardcoded NFS server value:
if rsync -a --delete --exclude=**/.svn/lock --no-perms \
10.0.5.8::common/ /usr/local/apache/common-local
