The message contribsub on contributions page for registered users contains the
user name linked to the user page. A blue link indicates an existing user page.
A red link indicates a not existing user page.
The message contribsub on contributions page for anonymous users contains the
user name (ip address) without a link, even when a user page exists.
Expected result: The user page should always be linked with a normal red/blue
link to the user page like the user talk link. The blue link indicates an
existing user page.
