In the mobile view, the input forms within the page content are removed.
For example, http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fundraising_2010/Messages/Inputbox
includes an inputbox which is not visible on
http://meta.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fundraising_2010/Messages/Inputbox or
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Incubator:Main_Page includes
{{Special:SearchWiki}} which is not on incubator.m.wikimedia.org although you
can clearly see the borders (fieldset).
(Note: I am not sure in which product/component this should be filed.)
