Whether a page is marked to be indexed by search engines should be indicated at
MediaWiki's info action. Determining whether a page is marked to be indexed or
not requires checking for __NOINDEX__, __INDEX__, and a few configuration
variables (which can control index status on a namespace basis).
There may be a function for this already, I don't know. In any case, it would
be useful and interesting metadata to include at ?action=info.
