Page URLs are at least in some cases returned as HTTPS, even if the call to the
API uses HTTP. The URLs should be protocol-less if possible, only using the
protocol if one of HTTP/HTTPS is not supported, and otherwise act as a
network-path reference http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986#section-4.2
