Since MediaWiki 1.19 section edit links linked improperly on the transcluding
page:
Skipping of sections of the transcluded page doesn't work (any more), the
transcluded sections are numbered consecutively together with the sections of
the transcluding page.
Section edit links of the transcluded sections are linked faultily to sections
of the transcluding page and sections of the transcluding page beginning after
transcluded content themselves are linked wrong.
