I tried typing in
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Life_And_Death_of_Colonel_Blimp
and wanted to be directed to
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Life_and_Death_of_Colonel_Blimp
The only difference: the capitalization of the "and". Also, the page title is
italicized. Can we get MediaWiki to automatically redirect in these cases?
