On the api, if you specify a bunch of revisions, the export option should
export those revisions, not the latest version of the page that those revisions
correspond to.
Example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&revids=10000&export&exportnowrap
should export revision 1000, not the latest revision of [[Paris]].
Came up when trying to answer

. Be even cooler if list=usercontributions could be used as a generator for the
specific revisions in question.
