             Bug #: 38691
Summary: Switch old-fashioned menu to use ActionBar-like
                    display (Android 3/4 style)
           Product: Wikipedia App
           Version: 3.2 (iOS) / 1.2 (Android)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Generic
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

Currently we use the Android 2.x-style menu, which is invisible until triggered
by the menu key.

This causes the back-compat menu button to show on Android 3/4/4.1, which isn't
very pretty.

We should switch to either using a real ActionBar or displaying the menu in a
similar style, with a vertical "..." button on the upper-right-corner of the
bar.

Note that in theory at least, if there *is* a physical menu button we shouldn't
show the overflow menu in the bar, but should let it be triggered by the menu
button and act like in 2.x -- we should check whether we want to do that or
just go fancy-style since it looks nicer.
