When the user selects a region in the map, other regions should be accessible
when the user scrolls the list of language names.
To achieve this, the selected region can be moved to the top of the list and
the rest of the regions placed after this in the order defined by the map. For
example, if Europe is selected the order would be: Europe, Asia, Worldwide,
America.
