First batch - 3 files failed. Retried, succeeded. Upload finished. Started
wizard again with "Upload more files" link. Uploaded 12 files of 12 total -
still getting button "some uploads failed" "retry failed files".
Might indicate that the flag tracking the number of failed files is not being
reset to 0 when restarting the wizard....
