I had to do some manual changes though but that will be fine for new instances. /mnt/thumbs and /mnt/upload6 are now symbolic links to /data/project/thumbs /data/project/upload6. In a similar fashion, /usr/local/apache is a symbolic link to /data/project/apache So that is a huge step.
