deployment-bastion has some corrupted files. In addition, last night fun.
Ideally it would be automated by a puppet class, but if there's some manual
action required, such as dooing ln -s /data/project/apache/ /usr/local/apache
before installing wikimedia-task-appserver, it should be properly documented.
Bug 38776 should be fixed before.
