Let's have a focused design conversation in a dedicated email thread to determine what should be in the Page curation log (versus the Deletion or Patrol logs), then write up a specification and update the Mingle card. I would expect the final requirements for a Page Curation Log to use a similar format to what we did for AFT: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Article_feedback/Version_5/Feature_Requirements#Article_Feedback_Activity_Log I'll send out an email to get this started tomorrow.
