I visit <https://labs.wikimedia.org> and I get redirected to
<https://labsconsole.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page>.
Once I reach <https://labsconsole.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page>, there's no
clear pathway to creating an account (or requesting that an account be
created). The main page offers almost no information about how to get an
account (absent a link to <https://labsconsole.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Access>,
which doesn't explain how to get an account).
If I click the "Log in" link in the top-right corner of the page, I reach
<https://labsconsole.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&returnto=Main+Page>.
At this URL, there's also no pathway to an account creation process or
procedure or form.
