The 'More footnotes' details panel in the Tag Wizard has a label that says
'Biography of a living person', which is confusing.
This was not clearly specified in our requirements from the Google spreadsheet.
After discussing this with Oliver, we would like to use Yes/No radio buttons
rather than a text field, and have the text prompt say:
'Is this is a biography of a living person? ( ) Yes ( ) No'
This would then update the BLP tag in the same way as it is done now with
current community tools.
