It happens when I use Google Chrome 21.0.1180.57 (but not if I use Firefox
14.0.1) to access

and
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Making_MediaWiki_Mobile_Friendly/List_of_portal_pages_with_problematic_two_column_layouts?diff=568888&useskin=vector
and press CTRL+[+] to make the font size bigger or CTRL+[-][-] to make it
smaller. In the normal size the scroll bars are not displayed.
MediaWiki.org is running MW 1.20wmf8 (1b28f55).
