The "Wikimedia code review" logo is too close to the change ID (like "Change
I0795f26e: ").
It is often useful to copy the change ID. On my Ubuntu in both Firefox and
Chromium the mouse pointer becomes a finger when I try to put it on the word to
copy it, so I may click the link instead of copying the ID.
The logo shouldn't overlap with the change ID like this.
