After the page in the URL has been moved to a different namespace, everything
seems to work (except that it needed a dummy edit to the source text and
remarking), but see the URL.
Translate keeps saying that the "Page display title" translation unit needs
updating and adding !!FUZZY!! to it when you open it for translation because
"Namespace changed from the definition", unless you change it to "Help:".
The error message is literally correct, but you should be able to set a
different (fake) namespace if you want to; this works e.g. in
https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Translations:Grants:Index/Page_display_title/it&action=history
hence why we think it's related to the page move.
