The directionality of "contributors like you" and license message on the bottom
of the page is assigned according to the page language.
If you view an English Wikipedia article on a phone with Hebrew locale, the
license message will appear incorrectly, because its directionality will be
LTR. The directionality of these messages must be assigned according to the
phone's locale.
