For lack of a better description, see title. I'm not sure what the link between
these weird bugs (if there is a link).
Here's what I've observed so far (in Chrome 21 on Mac):
* affects table of contents box
* affects catlinks box
* affects the anchor links inside list items
* The containers don't have a fixed width, the wrapping does not make sense.
* Started happening less than a week ago
