The "jump" only happens when you click on a map region. I'll try to clarify this. For example, you click on "Europe/ME/Africa" and you got the whole world list in the following order: "Europe/ME/Africa", "Asia", "Worldwide", "America". So you can keep scrolling. Whether "Asia", "Worldwide" and "America" regions are all loaded in that order when the user clicks on the region or they are dynamically loaded as the user scroll is an implementation decision.
