many copies added to page while waiting for first action to complete
Upon adding a tag via the curation toolbar, the 'Add tag' button remains active
while the template is being added to the page in question. This can take
significant time, and the user is likely to click the 'Add tag' button during
the process, erroneously adding many copies of the same template to the page.
