When confirming an account, in the last step after reviewing it, the following
error occurs:

/usr/share/mediawiki/extensions/ConfirmAccount/ConfirmAccount_body.php on line

Whereas bug 18988 was critical, preventing part of the functionality of
ConfirmAccount, currently users are created and removed from the ConfirmAccount
queue. It is unclear which functionality may still be affected.
