             Bug #: 39350
Summary: 'pagetriage-byline' has odd documentation and doesn't
                    have parameters
           Product: MediaWiki extensions
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: i18n
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: PageTriage
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected]
    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

The message 'pagetriage-byline' currently says 'Created by'.

Its qqq documentation is very odd: 'Text indicating the page author (username
comes after). No $1 because the username is a hyperlink.'

"Hyperlink" is not a reason not to use a parameter in such a message. This
message will be hard to translate to some languages, for example Turkish, in
which the author's name must come first. This may be justified in some very
particular circumstances, for example in a table or in a form, but the current
qqq documentation doesn't tell anything like it.
