Bug #: 39356
Summary: Article feedback page: Drop-down menus need to be
better aligned with title bar

Sort by drop-down menu is misaligned with the title bar on the feedback page.
On the article feedback page, the 'More filters' and 'Sort by' drop-down menus
need to be better aligned with the title bar below -- and with the text above
that bar.
Ideally, the baseline of the text on the drop-down menus would be at the same
level as the text above the title bar. Right now, 'More filters' appears a
couple pixels higher than that baseline, and 'Sort by' is several pixels below
it, overlapping the title bar, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I can reproduce these issues in Chrome, Firefox and Safari on a Mac.
