I'm using Mediawiki on my website, and I have (edited) the following texts:

Current builders are exclusively specializing in high-end, very expensive
housing. This causes two problems: First, the construction of this new,

===If government approval is necessary and the small business issuer has not

reasonably expected to
have a s==

Which is shorter than the previous item ("Material commitments") which is
longer.
