This feature would require users to be registered before they can post feedback
on protected or semi-protected articles, to reduce the quantity of
inappropriate feedback on these controversial pages.
Given that about 98% of the comments come from anonymous users, this will have
a radical effect on the number of posts on these popular pages and for the tool
overall. This would address community concerns that anonymous feedback is not
as useful on controversial pages as elsewhere.
