Looking at the "mobile feedback" queue on OTRS, many readers clearly have an
assumption that we know what article they were reading on their device when the
selected to email feedback. It would be tremendously helpful if the article
being viewed were included in the email summary line. Please excuse me if I
have filed this in the wrong place.
