We want to do a pilot with Gouda
(http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lijst_van_gemeentelijke_monumenten_in_Gouda) for
municipality monuments. Idea is that more municalities follow. The templates
are currently also used for "Groningen" but that one is not up to the
final/working structure yet, and not needed during september WLM
